About The Role
JOSECO Furniture is looking for a Sales Growth Facilitator who can turn every enquiry into a confident purchase, and every purchase into a happy, loyal customer.
Customers reach us in many ways: they walk into the showroom, call, message on WhatsApp, or enquire online. You will meet them wherever they start, understand what they need, present the right JOSECO products, and convert the enquiry into a confirmed sale.
Your work doesn't stop at the sale. You will keep accurate records in TCRM, coordinate measurements and customisation, and follow each order through production and delivery until the customer is fully satisfied.
Expected Work
What You'll Own as a Sales Growth Facilitator
Five areas of responsibility, covering the full customer journey from first enquiry to after-delivery care.

Customer Handling & Need Identification
Professionally attend showroom visitors, calls, WhatsApp and digital leads. Understand each customer's requirements, budget, space and preferences.

Product Presentation & Sales Conversion
Explain JOSECO products, materials, comfort, customisation, warranty and benefits effectively, and convert enquiries into confirmed sales.

Lead Follow-up & CRM Management
Consistently follow up every assigned lead, maintain accurate TCRM records, and take ownership until the lead is converted or properly closed.

Order & Customer Coordination
Prepare accurate proposals and orders, coordinate measurements and customisation, and follow confirmed orders through production, delivery and customer satisfaction.

Growth, Accountability & Brand Representation
Achieve sales and conversion objectives, submit daily activity reports, continuously improve product knowledge, and represent JOSECO's philosophy in every customer interaction.

Requirements & Who We're Looking For
Core Requirements
You must speak fluently and confidently in Tamil with customers in the showroom, on calls and on WhatsApp.
Essential Qualification- Proven ability to understand customer needs and close sales.
- Disciplined follow-up habits: every lead tracked, updated and closed properly.
- Comfortable using CRM software, WhatsApp, Excel and email every day.
- Organised enough to prepare accurate proposals, orders and daily reports.
Additional Advantages
- Working knowledge of Malayalam and English.
- Experience in furniture, interiors, home decor or high-value retail sales.
- Prior use of a CRM tool and comfort with sales targets.
