There is literally nothing available in this shop. They are posting many videos. None of the products shown are actually there. I personally visited both the Marthandam and the Pammam shop, and there almost nothing available. There wasn't even anyone there to assist customers. They keep uploading videos claiming they have all these products, but in reality, they only have one are two items. There's nothing else. There's not even anyone properly attending the shop. Don't waste your time going there- there's practically nothing available.

I am Mr. Suesh, currently working in UAE. I purchased a sofa online from JOSECO Furniture for my parents at Ramanathapuram.
From the initial marketing discussion till the final delivery, the entire process was personally handled by Mr. Joye Alex Alexander, MD @ JOSECO. Even though I was abroad, he guided me clearly through product selection, customization, pricing, and warranty details. His communication and follow-up were highly professional and transparent throughout.
Warranty: JOSECO provided their official Lifetime Warranty Card, which is truly one of its kind. I have not seen any other furniture shop provide such a strong and confident warranty commitment. This card itself gave me complete confidence in the product and brand. I am attaching the warranty card photo along with the product pictures.
Location: Delivered safely to my parents’ home in Ramanathapuram.
Delivery: On-time delivery as promised and handled very safely without any damage.
Packing: The packing was super secure and professionally done.
The sofa quality, finishing, and comfort are excellent. My parents are extremely happy and satisfied.
I sincerely appreciate the personal involvement and leadership of Mr. Joye Alex Alexander and the entire JOSECO team.
I strongly recommend JOSECO Furniture to anyone — especially those purchasing from abroad for their family — for genuine quality, unique lifetime warranty assurance, and trustworthy service.
Thank you, JOSECO.❤️❤️😍😍🎉💯🌍💐

I recently purchased a customized L-shape sofa along with a single recliner from JOSECO furniture, and I am extremely satisfied with both the products and the overall experience.
• Design & Comfort: The L-shape sofa was customized to perfectly suit my living space. The customization options allowed me to choose the exact fabric and color I wanted, which makes it feel truly unique. The single recliner offers exceptional comfort and has quickly become my favorite spot to relax.
• Quality: The craftsmanship is impressive. The materials used are of high quality, the stitching is precise, and the cushions and pocket spring provide the right balance of firmness and comfort. Both pieces feel durable and well-made.
• Customer Service: The staff demonstrated professionalism and patience throughout the process. Mr. GANGADHARAN guided me through the customization options and ensured that my requirements were met. Delivery was smooth and on time, and the furniture was handled with care.
• Value: Considering the quality and customization offered, the pricing is very reasonable. This purchase has added significant value to my home.

Recently, I went to Josco Furniture Shop to buy chairs for the dining table. I was surprised. There were many new models that were better than what I had seen in other stores. They also had new models made of various types of wood. They had been given the best wood coating to increase their lifespan. It was very good. Mr. Gangadharan, who works there, explained all the information I asked very well. He explained it with the warranty card provided by Josco Furniture. It seems that the price and quality are better than what I had inquired about in many shops in places like the Monday market and saw in person. The highlight of this is that it is a traditional wood merchant's shop that does business honestly... When I talked to him, the owner was also a very good man and offered a discount on the price and delivered it to my house free of charge even during this rainy season by vehicle. So it was a great time to buy something. I also checked the shops and then came to Josco Furniture to see the difference in price and good quality. My recent chair is I came to know about it through the buying program, so I am posting this here as it will be useful for you. There is a super collection of many types of wooden furniture, latest model sofas, beds, bureau chairs and many more. You can definitely expect new posts from me next time you buy. Thank you very much. Sundar Kulachal Kumari District Constable..

My name is Rajendran, my place is Vellarada Arattukuzhi. I contacted many people to get the sofa cushion made of wood that I had made myself. I was not satisfied with any of it. So I contacted Joseco Furniture Marthandam through Facebook and was able to talk to the MD. So the staff working at Joseco took the cushion measurements at home and showed me the samble cloth. I liked it very much. So they made the sofa cushion as I said and gave it to me in a good way. Thanks Joseco MD sir. I will definitely introduce Joseco to my friends. Okay, thanks.

I'm from Munchirai. I was looking for high quality furnitures for my new home. I visited so many showrooms but I was not satisfied because what I was looking for was not available and nor they do customization. Then I found Joseco furniture in Pammam, Marthandam and I was happy not only for what I was looking for was there but they even do customization as per your needs. They have great collections. The way they treat the customers is exceptional especially Mr. Renju. He assisted us all along our purchase and adding his suggestions also helped us. His customer service and sales skills are exceptional plus he is more friendly and was respectful with us. I bought furnitures from them and they also did customization for me as per our needs. And about their pricing its a complete value for your money. Their delivering team also did a great job. And more importantly they provide lifetime warranty for their furnitures. I'm buying furnitures from them since last three years and I will still buy from them in future for the quality of their furnitures. All thanks to Mr.Renju and all other staffs of Joseco furniture. Excellent and Exceptional!!
Best wishes

Frequently Asked Questions
How does the Joseco Lifetime Warranty Card work?
Upon delivery of any full-covered sofa or solid wood frame, our logistics lead hands you a physical serial-numbered warranty card. This covers internal frame stability for life, foam elasticity for 5 years, and upholstery for 2 years. In the rare event of an issue, our in-house service team handles repairs or exchange.
Can I customize sofa dimensions and upholstery fabric?
Yes, 100%. We manufacture every sofa in our own Marthandam factory. You can choose length, seating depth, cushion firmness, leg finish (brass, teak, matte black), and from over 200 fabric/leather swatches.
What is the delivery timeline and installation process?
In-stock ready designs are delivered within 4–7 business days across South India. Custom bespoke pieces typically take 2–3 weeks from design approval. Our professional team performs white-glove assembly in your room of choice free of charge.
Do you deliver to Bangalore, Chennai, and Kerala?
Yes! We operate direct logistics routes across Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, and Andhra Pradesh. We also handle customized bulk deliveries PAN-India.
