My name is Rajendran, my place is Vellarada Arattukuzhi. I contacted many people to get the sofa cushion made of wood that I had made myself. I was not satisfied with any of it. So I contacted Joseco Furniture Marthandam through Facebook and was able to talk to the MD. So the staff working at Joseco took the cushion measurements at home and showed me the samble cloth. What is the delivery time for custom sofas?
What materials do you use for sofa manufacturing?
We use only premium materials including genuine Italian leather, high-quality upholstery fabrics, solid hardwood frames (teak and sheesham), high-density foam cushioning, and durable spring systems. All materials are carefully selected for longevity, comfort, and aesthetic appeal. We source eco-friendly, certified materials that meet international quality standards.
Do you provide warranty on your sofas?
Absolutely! All Joseco sofas come with a lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects on the frame structure. We also provide a 5-year warranty on foam cushioning and a 2-year warranty on upholstery fabric/leather. Additionally, we offer a lifetime exchange policy—if you’re not satisfied, you can exchange your sofa for full credit value.
What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver across South India including Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, and Andhra Pradesh. Our primary service areas include Marthandam, Nagercoil, Trivandrum, Kochi, Madurai, Coimbatore, Chennai, Bangalore, and surrounding regions. All deliveries include white-glove service with unpacking, assembly, installation, and packaging removal. PAN-India delivery is available for bulk orders.
Can I visit your showroom to see the sofas before ordering?
Yes! Our main showroom is located in Marthandam, Tamil Nadu, where you can view our complete range of luxury sofas, fabrics, and leather samples. Our design consultants are available to discuss customization options and help you choose the perfect piece. We also offer home consultations where our team visits your space with fabric swatches and design catalogs. Call us to schedule an appointment.
How do I maintain and clean my sofa?
For fabric sofas, vacuum regularly and spot-clean stains immediately with mild soap and water. Leather sofas should be wiped with a damp cloth weekly and conditioned every 6 months with leather cream. Avoid direct sunlight and keep away from heat sources. We provide a detailed maintenance guide with every purchase and offer professional cleaning services across South India for annual deep cleaning.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept multiple payment methods including cash, all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and bank transfers. We also offer flexible EMI options (0% interest) for purchases above ₹50,000 through leading banks. A 40% advance is required at the time of order confirmation, with the remaining 60% payable upon delivery and installation. Payment plans can be discussed with our sales team.
