About The Role
JOSECO Furniture is looking for an enthusiastic, well-spoken, and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our showroom advisory team at Marthandam.
As a Sales Executive, you will be the brand ambassador for our handcrafted living, dining, and bedroom furniture. You will welcome clients, understand their spatial dimensions and interior preferences, explain the unmatched security of our Lifetime Physical Warranty Card, and help them furnish their dream homes.
This role is equally suited for fresh graduates eager to embark on a fulfilling sales career, as well as experienced retail professionals looking for higher earning potential and a prestigious brand environment.
Daily Impact
Key Responsibilities & What You'll Do
A typical day involves connecting with homeowners, showcasing furniture designs, and providing attentive customer service.

Warmly welcome and assist customers visiting our Marthandam showroom.

Understand customer floorplans, styling preferences, and recommend suitable furniture.

Explain wood craftsmanship, pricing, active promotions, and Lifetime Warranty terms.

Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with homeowners and interior clients.

Follow up with interested customers proactively regarding orders and delivery updates.

Support customers throughout order booking, payments, and delivery coordination.

Maintain an immaculate, well-organized, and luxurious showroom floor atmosphere.

Work together with the team to achieve monthly sales targets and customer happiness goals.
Candidate Profile
Requirements & Who We're Looking For
Core Requirements
Candidates must be able to converse fluently and confidently in Tamil with visiting customers.
Essential Qualification- Strong interpersonal skills, pleasant telephone etiquette, and active listening.
- Positive, customer-focused mindset with genuine enthusiasm for home furnishings.
- Willingness to learn wood types, upholstery materials, and consultative selling skills.
- Punctual, trustworthy, and committed to delivering high showroom standards.
Additional Advantages
- Working knowledge of Malayalam is a valuable added advantage.
- Basic computer literacy including MS Office, WhatsApp, and Email.
- Prior experience in retail, interior decor, or customer service is welcome.
