Working Hours
Part-Time or Full-Time: Your Choice
Both shifts work from our Marthandam office, with the same training and incentives.
Full Day Shift
₹12,000 – ₹18,000 / month + Incentives
- 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
- Handle the full daily call list and follow-ups

Half Day Shift
₹7,000 – ₹10,000 / month + Incentives
- 4 hours a day: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
- Focus on new enquiries and booking showroom visits
- Great for students, homemakers and second-income seekers
- Option to move to full-time later

About The Role
JOSECO Furniture is looking for friendly, clear-speaking Tele Calling Executives to run our Tamil, Malayalam and English customer desks from Marthandam.
Every day, families ask about our sofas, cots, dining sets and wardrobes through our website, WhatsApp and showroom. You will call them back, understand what they are looking for, share prices and offers, explain our Lifetime Warranty Card, and invite them to visit the showroom.
You don't need sales experience. If you enjoy talking to people and speak at least one of our three languages well, we will train you on everything else. Speak all three, and you can handle every desk yourself.
Daily Impact
Key Responsibilities & What You'll Do
A typical day means calling customers, answering their questions, and turning enquiries into showroom visits.

Call back customers who enquired through our website, WhatsApp, Facebook or showroom.

Speak to each customer in their preferred language: Tamil, Malayalam or English.

Explain our collections, prices, current offers and Lifetime Warranty Card.

Send product photos and price details to customers on WhatsApp.

Book showroom visits and pass warm leads to the showroom sales team.

Follow up on quotations, order confirmations, payments and delivery dates.

Make after-delivery calls to collect feedback and reviews.

Keep a simple daily call log in Excel / Google Sheets so no customer is missed.
Candidate Profile
Requirements & Who We're Looking For
Core Requirements
You must speak at least one of the three fluently and confidently on the phone. Each desk needs its own language.
Essential Qualification- Clear voice, polite phone manner and patience with customers.
- Comfortable making 60–80 calls a day (full-time) without sounding scripted.
- Basic use of a smartphone, WhatsApp and Excel / Google Sheets.
- Punctual, honest and able to keep customer details private.
Additional Advantages
- Speaking all three languages lets you take the multilingual desk, at a higher pay band.
- Speaking any two of the languages is a strong plus.
- Prior experience in telecalling, BPO, customer care or retail.
